What data we collect
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access. Used to run and secure the site.
- Newsletter: email address and, if provided, your name. Used only to send the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Contact forms: the data you enter (name, email, message), used only to reply to you.
- Comments: name, email, IP address and the text of the comment.
- Purchases: if you buy from the shop, the data needed to process the order, shipping and invoicing.
Third-party services
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): website hosting.
- Jetpack / Automattic Inc. (USA): anonymised statistics, security, optimised image delivery and sharing buttons.
- MailPoet (Automattic): newsletter delivery.
- WooCommerce and related payment providers, only when you make a purchase.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU; in that case the transfer takes place with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
